2. Eligibility & Age Verification
Age Restriction — 18+ Only: bdbhaji is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 years may register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or use any service provided by bdbhaji. 18+ Only Underage gambling is illegal. bdbhaji takes all reasonable measures to prevent it.
To be eligible to open and maintain an active account on bdbhaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification is mandatory during registration and may be requested again at any subsequent point during your account lifecycle, including prior to processing a withdrawal.

- You must not have had a previous bdbhaji account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent activity.
- Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account on bdbhaji. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances subject to review.
bdbhaji reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be held pending confirmation. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any net deposits will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
If bdbhaji discovers that a person under the age of 18 has opened an account, all deposits will be returned via the original payment channel, all wagers placed will be voided, and all winnings will be forfeited. bdbhaji may report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3. Account Registration & Security

The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information. bdbhaji relies on the information you submit to verify your identity and comply with its player protection obligations.
During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad account for payment and verification purposes. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name and date of birth for identity verification.
- All registration information must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for notifying bdbhaji of any changes to your registered details promptly.
- You may hold only one registered account on bdbhaji. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a suspension is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
- Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your account.

- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bdbhaji operates a single-currency ৳ Taka (BDT) wallet. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion fees are applied. The platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. bdbhaji applies a payment matching policy — withdrawals will only be processed to the same method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied consistently across all accounts.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. bdbhaji does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdbhaji accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Processing Times: bdbhaji targets withdrawal approval within 1–4 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as BPL match days, Eid holidays, and Pohela Boishakh. Identity verification holds may additionally delay processing for accounts that have not yet completed KYC.
bdbhaji reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of bonus terms, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the account will be reviewed and the player notified of the outcome via their registered contact details. Funds held pending investigation will not accrue interest.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bdbhaji offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL season, Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh, and ICC tournaments. 6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
bdbhaji is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, recovery of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment accounts; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person or entity; misrepresenting your identity or age during registration or verification.

- Chargebacks: Raising fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider in respect of genuine bdbhaji transactions. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and the disputed amount will be treated as a debt owed to bdbhaji.
- Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the bdbhaji website, API, games, or infrastructure. Any detected intrusion attempt will be reported to law enforcement.
- Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language directed at bdbhaji staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
bdbhaji employs automated risk and fraud monitoring systems that operate continuously. These systems flag accounts exhibiting unusual betting patterns, payment anomalies, or other indicators of prohibited conduct. Flagged accounts are subject to manual review, during which access to deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted pending investigation outcome.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
bdbhaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions or in connection with fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Circumstances in which bdbhaji may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 6.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by bdbhaji.
- Confirmed duplicate account — one account per player is permitted; any secondary accounts will be closed and their balances reviewed.
- Confirmed underage gambling — as set out in Section 2, accounts held by persons under 18 will be closed immediately and deposits returned.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder — bdbhaji will action self-exclusion requests promptly and suspend the account for the period specified, during which the account cannot be reactivated.
- A legal, regulatory, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure or asset freezing.
- Reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in money laundering, match fixing, or other criminal activity.

- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, even if bdbhaji has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bdbhaji's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to bdbhaji in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
